Request: Improve the funcitionality of podcasts

Continuing from the bugs reported at:

I propose that podcasts get a "playlist"-like functionality.

This way:
1)we eliminate the problem of upper bounds on the total number of characters used in podcast URLs (currently, 1010 chars)
2)we get a better export functionality (instead of having to keep a copy of vlcrc)
3)we get better and straight-forward use of podcasts (add, delete, view info, categorise, move up/down etc)

Anybody disagrees?
