Hi

a panning bar to adjust the volume (from right to left) similar like in Winamp would be great.

Some videos has 2 different languages. one language on the right speaker and one on the left speaker. so it would be nice if VLC would support switching between this 2 speakers with a panning bar

In the Audio menu you have the audio-channels item.
You can select one of the two channels there.
