fixed MTU on RTP

Hi,

It would be really nice to be able to stream on RTP with a fix MTU.
I read VLC version 0.8.4 had a "Fixed MTU handling" stuff but I can't find any track of this in VLC 1.1.4 (Win XP 32) : it allows only a maximum MTU definition (MTU=<value> option).

This is really a nice feature when you need low latency / low jitter audio streaming.
Most audio boards under ASIO2 have a buffer writtable with a fixed number of samplings.
This means that currently we have to add a layer that again deals with buffering ...
