Make it possible to save customization of interface (BUG?)

(I put it here because no bug reporting section is available)

Customization of the tolbar does not work in the (latest) version, 1.1.4.

After changing the toolbar in Toolbar editor, nothing happens in the VLC toolbar.

SUGGESTION: Add "Save changes" to the editor, in stead of automatically saving the edits. It is my impression from different programs that such automatization is more vulnerable to idiosyncracies of various computer systems and OS versions (I have Win 7). It seems that my system does not automatically sense the toolbar change made in the editor, or is it a bug?
