When VLC is in full screen, a mouse hover should display translucent control buttons directly on the full screen picture

That is what we have now, don't we ?

Hovering the mouse on a full screen displays a bar with the controls on it.
What I had in mind was separate translucent buttons directly on the picture.

You can move the bar and select the translucency of the bar, already.
