Hi I am trying to make video play back window as transparent so that I can partially see the desktop through the playing video .Tried yuv overlay mathod but did not work.I am using vlclib.dll to achieve this but currently struck.
Any pointers for implementing this feature is of great help.

You can create transparency via windows creation. Look up MSDN. And this isn't a feature request.
