Advance setting in playlist

HI,
Even though now we able to set some advance setting in Playlist -> add but there is no way I can edit that item setting like start time and stop time.
Every times i need to add a new item again if setting not correct.
How nice if I can capture the current pause time in video control and add that item with that particular pause time into playlist ? great if able to launch
the setting window out ( some times we might wanted to change the pause time into stop time ) before we apply.
