Moving the playlist items from up to down or vice-versa

Please the add the feature in the VLC for moving the playlist items from up to down or down to up or at any position by holding the left-click button of the mouse so that we can place the playlist items by our own choice of position.BSPLAYER , GOMPLAYER , KMPLAYER and many media players have this feature so please add this feature in the VLC also then it will be easy to use for playing our own choice of playlist items one after another.
