when the video starts the video title appears on the bottom , what i would like is that the video title appears a few seconds before the video , to be a bit more clear : when i press play should first appear the title and them the video.

Other people might not like it.
(I don't like it.)
But if it's implemented and changeable in the settings, no problem at all to include it.

You can create a playlist alternating a still image with video title embedded and the video.
For still image duration, tune the fake-duration parameter (-1 for manual start, or a duration in ms, 10s is the default).
And rather use a m3u playlist, as there may be an issue with xspf format.

Please fix the potential issue with xspf format.

Hi jahwoto,
Actually XSPF is the XML format for sharing playlists. it is free, comfortable, portable, open and well-engineered. and so many playlist formats get the simple things wrong.

I'm all in favor of xspf because of this qualities.
(Checked it out on the Xiph.org website, know it's existance for a few years now.)
It's a wonderful format, hopefully it will be adopted a lot.
