Pause play on click and mouse wheel for volume

1. Pause/play by click on the video. This is a very convenient feature of most video players...

2. Force scroll wheel to be only for volume, no matter where the mouse is pointed on VLC. Another very convenient feature of other players, in full screen you don't have to show controls or aim at all, just move the mouse wheel :). If I want to move forward or back in a movie, I click the progress bar thing, having the mouse wheel do that is really annoying.

2. You can choose what mouse wheel does on latest test releases.

BTW its the linux version.
Any chance of a click to pause/play?

3. The progress slider, when clicking somewhere along the time I like it to just goto that point, right now thinks I want to just move a few seconds forward or back.

The problem with clicking, is that it's also used for DVD navigation among other things. Personally i hate players with click to pause. I have a spacebar....

The play/pause would have to be programmed to not work when hovering over a dvd menu.
It should be an option, for those who don't care for it.
I use the space bar for play/pause, but when my hand is on the mouse, I prefer to keep it there.
