Remove top border in fullscreen: video on top of screen

Is there any way to have the video output in full-screen be fixed at the top (vertically) instead of the middle of the screen? In other words, I would like a border only at the bottom when playing in full-screen mode.
I didn't know where to ask this question, so I thought this was most appropriate.
I spent time searching for an answer, but was unable to find one.
Thank you.

You want the video in FS to somehow look like this: Currently you can't, sorry

..Or am I mistaken in thinking you mean something else?
btw Myself, I may see about requesting a similar feature found in KM Player's Fullscreen playback called 'Stretch' and 'Overscan' (both borderless fullscreen playback)

That's exactly what I mean. The size of the black bar on the bottom would, of course, change to fit the video.
It's much cleaner of a view, IMHO.
Thanks for the reply. Wish it were possible.

Hello,
thanks to Alexsource who answered my question
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=61129
so if this feature will be implemented I´d be glad if one can choose top or bottom aligned.
Sincerely Philipp

I feel the top and bottom aligning of video in fullscreen can be requested alongside the other fullscreen video viewing features of 'overscan' and 'stretch' which are also non-existent
