DVD Resolution Capture

VLC used to do this automatically, but the RC of 1.0 doesn't so I thought I'd toss it up in the hopes that the final version would have it.

When taking snapshots of DVDs in VLC 4:3 DVDs would cap to 640x480, and anamorphic widescreen DVDs would cap to 853x480 (the display resolutions on a PC monitor).

On the RC it caps them to 720x480 (DVD resolution) regardless of display resolution.

I was hoping the old way could be added as an option under the capture options (possibly a checkbox for capping DVDs at their display aspect ratio/resolution).
