Moving files upward to downward position or vice-versa

Please add the feature for moving the files upward to downward/downward to upward position in the PLAYLIST ITEMS according to the user`s choice and also add the another feature for permanently remembering the custom settings of the audio equalizer either we close or restart VLC MEDIA PLAYER as many as times.
