Re-Enable ScreenSaver when on pause.

Hello,
This may possibly be something that I have missed but it appears that when set to full screen VLC disables the windows screensaver which is fantastic! I was wondering it is possible to re activate the screen saver if the video file is on pause? If this is not an option I think it would be a good addition.

All the best
Phad

Hi team

So I don't sound like I'm whining, let me prefix this by saying I'm grateful for all the work that has gone into VLC to date. It's awesome and my media player of choice. That's why I care about it getting even better.

The feature request: It makes sense that, by default, VLC disables the screensaver and monitor power-saving during video playback but I too think it would be great if the screensaver and power-saving behaved normally when a video is left on pause. I gather this is the case in the Mac versions as of 0.86b(?). I would be grateful if you would bring this functionality to the Windows version and I'm sure others would benefit from it too.

Regards
Me

Would be really nice if this feature was added or an option for it in the "Interface" dialogue it's not fun coming back to my computer to find the screen is still running cause vlc is paused and doing nothing.

Thanks lots.

Just saw this post now, after posting a request for the same feature ;-) This option would be awesome!

I really hope to see it added into VLC.

Thanks!
