adding --qt-playlist-visible option

There are some cases where you want to have the playlist visible each time you start vlc. Like when opening an iptv channel list for regular users.
Using Qt interface VLC already opens the playlist window if it was open last time vlc was closed. I just hope an command line option would be added to override the behaviour.
