If the next release of VLC PPC going to have capture func?

I have installed the VLC PPC on my PC and my PDA(HP IPAQ 5550). Now i can capture voice from Microphone on my PC using VLC 0.7.2 and stream it to my Pocket PC using VLC PPC.
Now I wonder if the VLC PPC going to have the capture function (also the stream wizard function) so that i can use it to capture voice from VLC PPC and stream it to VLC PC.
If you are just realizing them, please tell me when I can use it, because i really need these funtions very eagerly.
