vlc is so amazing that i imagine this will be possible already to happen and i am just too retarded to figure out to do

is it possible to implement a feature to play lets say a pal video to an ntsc speed something like 3-4% slower than normal or the oposite for ntsc videos play them faster to a pal level?

HOW DO I GET x0,96 SPEED??

Right clicking on the speed label does not give me the x0,96 speed. Closest choice is x0,94, which is too slow.
Is there a way to really get x0.96 speed???
