Read the config but don't save to it (or vice versa)

"--ignore-config" does two different things. Can you divide "--ignore-config" into them (e.g. "--no-saveto-config" & "--no-load-config")? "--no-load-config" would still allow to save changes into the config, and "--no-saveto-config" would still allow to load the config.

Speaking of which, "--ignore-config" does save a config file. Not only that, but it even saves it each and every time you launch the player (even though you can't change it anyway). Since this is an unexpected behavior and also inefficient one at that, I think it can be considered a bug.
