DVBS Subtitles and Telx Codec

HI!
First I'd like to thank you for a fantastic software! :D

Is there any codec that may decode MPEG-2 TS TELX for
me in VLC? The subtitles for most the channels I'm watching is
broadcasted as TELX? When I use Video->Subtitles->Track 1,
I get the following errors:

main error: no suitable decoder module for fourcc `telx'.
VLC probably does not support this sound or video format.

Also: One channel is using DVBS subtitles codec, and its working.
But there is a Green underline on the text, which is annoying.
I've tried different settings in Text Renderer->Freetype, but it does not
seem to work.

Could you please upload samples to:

ftp://streams.videolan.org/incoming?

cause i googled and there is NOTHING on this TELX available. And that is quite rare :)

telx is the internal fourcc we use for teletext :)
Although we don't support decoding of teletext, the demuxer has support for it because it could (not working yet) still be used for streaming support.

I'd also be interested in a sample.

I've found a program that is capable of handing TELX streams in
MPEG TS. It's called ProjectX:
http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/DigiTV/projectx.htm
If you download the software, open the sample and enter page 691 on teletext page, its able to show the teletext.
But I really wanted VLC to be able to process these streams?
