PeerCast and BitTorrent protocols support

The VLC project has a great component: the VLC plugin for web browsers. But to make easy to integrate this with live streams broadcast systems and massive delivery, is needed to support protocols as BitTorrent and
PeerCast.
It could help servers to publish video files and video streams without fear of bandwidth limits.

Well, BitTorrent downloads I supose that can't be supported as stream, because the torrent can deliver video parts in a non-contigous order.
But the interesting side is the P2PTV open protocols offered by the following free software:
- DistribuStream
- FreeCast
- MediaBlog
- PeerCast

It can be done with BitTorrent. You only need to adjust part request algorithm to fulfill needs of video software. For example Tribler does this and you can test drive system in Mininova.
