Airbox, scroll and title Features

Is it possible to add features like airbox:

So what I thought is this:
1. An automation system (like playlist) in which I can play videos for example 10:34 pm and the other 11:22 etc, etc.
2. Possibly to add song titles like VIVA and MTV for each video.
3. Possibility to have something lika NEWS and SMS Scrowler in the screen that moves from right to left.
