i would like to see vlc have a full screen file browser.
say in /mnt/vlc then u can mount more dirs like /mnt/vlc/movies then in vlc while in full screen be able to select 'movies' then pick a movie and it play it w/out ever leaving full screen.
and all this be usable from lirc of course
could use a real nice interface to, like MCE on windows.
