Thank you for the best video player.
Can you add some features please:
1. Mouse weel for volume control.
2. Left mouse click into the video, pause (stops) the video.
3. Remember the DVD playback position for the last DVDs.
4. Remember the my favorite DVD Language settings.
5. A small control panel in full screen mode to jump to a position.
6. When I click two times on faster, the video plays fast, when I click on the play button the video should play with normal speed. In the moment I must click 2 times onto the slower button.

1. boo
2. meh
3. Yup, Bookmarks
4. should be in the Preferences, forgot where though, I'll post back later
5.
6. Makes sense
Hey j-b, about number 1 could you somehow allow the user to shut it off in the preferences menu? It gets
really annoying when I'm trying to scroll in the playlist and the function for volume sometimes takes control. Plus and few nightly builds ago everything was working fine, you could set the mouse wheel to control the jump functions (back and forth) or set it to control the volume. What's wrong with that?

5. j-b is right. its under work, only, when it will be finished is the question
6. sweet. expect it within the next 2 years

1 and 2, can you make an entry in setting for enable and disable. Please add the left click, it is really good for fullscreen mode.

you can always use the space bar, I prefer it to left click. and thinking about it, I fiddle around with the mouse a lot. so any control with the mouse should be enable/disable type.

I watch my movies without keyboard in my living room. That is the reason why I miss this feature. I think there are many ways to do this, important is to give the possibility.

Sorry, how can I do this? If I need a plugin or other software, I would prefer a build-in solution.

if you are another of those who use wireless mice as remote controls, then why don't you also use wireless keyboards?

j-b, I just wanted to know if this is possible or if there's a way to at least lock the volume so that the mouse wheel controls nothing, for me anyways. If not, well I guess I'll be a little disappointed but I guess I'll just have to deal with it. Sorry for the bother, kinda.

Where can I find information about this? I didn't find anything in your online documentation nor the forums (aside from this thread). I did find the option, I just don't know how does it work.
--Sorry if I somehow overlooked something.
By the way, regarding some of the responses, I can't see any reason to "boo" a feature request, after all this is a product made for people other than yourselves. I know that you might be just giving your own opinion, but bear in mind that to us, your user-level/moderator-rights have meaning, so it's a little bit frustrating to know that just because it's not of the liking of some insiders a feature might get banned or delayed.
--Just my two cents, though.

Well it has more to do with complications with this feature and not simply its implementation, but I understand what you're saying.

There's really no reason to worry that based upon my, or any, "user-level" response a developer might delay in adding a feature. In fact, when it comes to Cloudstalker the developers could not add features CloudStalker doesn't want fast enough.

Seriously though....
...
The only thing you should worry about is if a
developer boos a feature request, then you know it won't be added.

Thank you both for clarifying this, it's good to know it's just a(n internal) joke.
I still think it would be good to let people know about it, though

Well if you've read any of Cloudstalker's responses then you'd know.

In fact, just go a few posts back and you'll see what CloudStalker is talking about.
