VLC on startup/randomize music in playlist

I was wondering if you guys (the developers) could add a checkbox in the preferences menu that allows VLC to automatically start up whenever Windows (or any OS) is loaded, and then on top of that, automatically start playing music from random playlists.
I currently have it setup so that my playlists are stored in the startup folder, and whenever Windows loads it will automatically start playing my music. The only problem with this is that even though “shuffle” is activated, I can’t get it to play a different song on startup; it will always play the first song in the first playlist before it shuffles.
Anyway, I hope to see something like this in VLC. Imagine: something new for every time you startup you’re computer.
