I would like to request a way to easily adjust the on-screen subtitle display sizes.
As far as I know, currenlty there are a few different font settings that can be accessed through the "Text Renderer" preferences, but these don't all work. At least not under Mac OS X. As far as subtitle sizes go, the only thing that works is adjusting the "Relative font size" between the preset Smaller, Small, Normal, Large, Larger settings, while keeping everything else at Default values. If I try to adjust anything else, the subtitles will not load. I cannot even change the font to anything other than the default, because the subtitles would not show up on the screen.
I use the "Large" setting most of the time, but sometimes I would need a little bit larger font to be displayed. If I switch to the "Largest" setting, the displayed subtitles fill the whole screen and you cannot even see the movie underneath.
So I would like to ask a way to easily increase/decrease the subtitle font size from within the movie, during playback. It would be nice to be able to change the text size by finer values. Something like Shift+<, Shift+> would work. When you pressed those keys, the subtitles would immediately increase a little bit.
Can this be done?
Other than this little issue, vlc is by far the best media player on the Mac. Thank you very much and keep up the good work.
