Hello lovely makers/users of VLC Media Player. When i watch movies with this player (Bin./Cue.) it strangly sometimes come up with some square dots or what you call it like it takes something from the next movie scene and just pop it up into it but you still see the movie scene before to, its just there for 1sec or so and then the sound just scrathes real fast and then over, i know it aint that big a problem but its real irritating when it happens 20times in the movie, it dont happen with any other player. Ohhh and somestimes it just black screens but the sound is still running that will happen once in awhile not that big a problem again but it would be nice if it werent there.

Generally the .bin .cue combination is an image of a VCD or SVCD. Try using an emulator and play the video file directly. In most cases this solves any issues associated with these files.

You will need to talk to whoever is doing the encoding about that. Many people believe post processing should always be on full and the encoders quantizer set to give the best compression under these conditions. The problem with this thinking is the artifacts with NO post processing. This is NOT a player issue.
