This would cause VLC to wait until it recieves a full keyframe before streaming out to a file, display or broadcast, and prevent the pixellated green goo that occurs when starting a new stream.

Hmmm.. Must already be a feature, since I got no replys.

I'll read the instructions again, see if I can find it.
