Hello, i found some patch for vlc (linux_dvb.c) http://www.via.ecp.fr/via/ml/vlc-devel/ ... 00515.html i tried to patch that file and compiled with it. Then i started newcamd:

and then vlc. but i got that error:
[00000277] dvb access debug: Opening device /dev/dvb/adapter0/ca0
[00000277] dvb access warning: CAMInit: opening CAM device failed (Device or resource busy)
maybe there is something more needed or smth? Would u please add newcamd support for vlc to descramble channels or give me some advice. thanks.

Can I stream(using dvb card) scrambled channels(more than one) whis this patch using newcamd? I want to stream one transponder. Who can advice me?

newcamd is no longer developed,so you can't decrypt newer almost anything now. And it supported just one channel decryption. There is a new tool now for linux, but I don't know if we can talk about it on this forums. PM me and I will tell you where to look!

Can you tell me how it works, and what is the name of that tool for linux. I need it for the same reason you need it. If you can't tell how if works, please just say the name!!!
