Settings for each item in playlist

I use VLC for watching IPTV (MPEG-2 TS over UDP multicast). My provider have 30 TV and radiochannels.
Some TV channels have a constantly running string in the bottom of the screen so the best deinterlace method for them is BOB. But I can set up a deinterlacing method in "Settings" only for all items in playlist (for all IPTV-channels).
More over, some channels have audio only in one audiochannel, the other channel contains silence. I can't set up stereo/mono for each item in playlist.
And radiochannels have a test-signal video (color bars) which I don't want to watch.
So my suggestion is:
can you add an invividual settings of deinterlace method, stereo/mono sound and on/off of video for each item in playlist?
