Recommended Install: File Type Associations

The following is based upon VideoLAN version 0.8.6-svn-20060825-1134.
Recommended install settings are intended for new users. New users probably would not want to change their entire operating system multimedia setup immediately. Therefore, VideoLAN should not take over the File Type Associations in the recommended setup.
Also, "Recommended" should be the default install method. Currently, "Minimal" is default.
