Mouse wheel settings

I'd like to see an options to choose what the mouse wheel must do, and when. Just like in Zoomplayer, I guess. One might want the mousewheel to alter the size of the video window, another might want to to control audio volume. But on the seek slider, the mouse wheel might do seeking (it already does, but it skips waaay too much at a time).

And maybe also a way to specify what scrolling+modifier (ctrl/shift/alt) should do.
