WinTV PCI with VLC ?

Sorry, this seems to be a little "only for me" request, but I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one interested...

As the World cup is coming soon, and as the french broadcaster (TF1) is not available through my DSL-TV ISP (Free), I would like to be able to catch the signal from my WinTV PCI, then "broadcast" it thanks to VLC, and watch the footbal games at work (yeah, I know, it not very serious, but you know...)

Am I dreaming, or do you think it will be possible soon ?

Or, maybe you know an other option for me ?
