Feature Request: CHANGE GUI COLORS

I am aware of the various skins that exist for the wonderful VLC. However, I do not want to use a skin a they also change dimensions of certain features or add graphics, instead I want to propose a feature that I was not able to detect in VLC yet. A basic yet very useful feature.

Inside the settings, I want to have an option to change just the colors of the three major features of the VLC:
- surface (all window and button surfaces, edges will get shades of that selected color)
- details (like text or some lines)
- indicators (like the color of the video progress bar or volume indicator)

The selection of new colors could be done through a color picker.

I am giving now an example how I would set these three colors for my viewing preferences:
- surfaces in a very dark gray so there is not much distraction from the video
- details in a medium gray so the text can still be read easily
- indicators in a sportive lime green but not too bright
