Request for 608/708 Caption Support

Hi,

Thank you in advance to the team reviewing this feature request.

Currently, VLC has partial support of CEA-608 captions, and no support of CEA-708 captions. Due to the attention that VLC is currently giving to AI captioning, I am hoping that some support for reading captions when they already exist could be prioritized.

I am requesting that VLC support MXF and MP4/MOV(non QT) embedded captions for both 608 and 708.
