Dear Team VLC,plz add volume control in audio passthrough mode,i am a windows 11 user,there is no valid volume control in audio passthrough mode,my 5.1 speaker always plays the maximum volume when playing video or movie with dolby or dts audio.plz add a volume control,so that i could decrease the volume.

If you pass the audio you do it AS IS so its decoded externally. You cant alter it or you must reencode on the fly

The whole point of pass-through makes that impossible. Don't use pass-through if you want to modify the audio.
You can't have it both days. And please don't duplicate posts.
