Team VLC,plz add a trancoding to dolby digital option in passthrough mode

Team VLC,plz add a trancoding to dolby digital[ac3] option in passthrough mode,so that all media format,like mp3,ape,flac,aac,lpcm,wav etc can trancode to dolby to passthrough to my receiver with dolby,dts decoding. new version' had better has a volume control in passthrough mode,because my receiver volume control is malfunction,when playing blu-ray movie,will get maximum volume in my 5.1 speaker.if has dolby transcoding,can has volume controllable in passthrough mode come true
