automatic pause play feature

My suggestion is that, there should be some way to play video for 2 seconds, and then pause video for 2 seconds, and then resume video for 2 seconds and again pause for 2 second, and so on. This pattern continue till the end of the video, without any user intervention. I mean to say that all this happens automatically, And the user should be able to enter the time, how long the video will play. And the time, how long the video will remain pause. In the next line i will try to make it more clear. Video must play like this
