Improvements: VLC playback view window/album art stops resizing and spazzing on track change

Visualizations that run in the track art/album art playback view window should also remain continuous from one track change to the next.

VLC is great. Sucks for daily use when I want it to be an objective music jukebox for my desktop and it just spazzes around in a distracting way every 3 or 8 minutes a track changes.
