Use official add-ons and .dlls instead of compiled ones (according to the license term and community terms)

Hello darlings

I would like the VLC Media Player and VideoLAN community to add the official .dlls of various audio and video codecs officially according to the download file that is available on Github and other sites that VLC supports

Let's say for example that to add video codec information, for example VP9, it will be necessary to add various information such as frame rate, audio rate, video and image quality, instead it can be added to .dll and the original add-on and official agreement that there is in the codec patch

Let's say if I download the libFLAC file from
Xiph.Org Foundation which is available on Github, I can add it to the VLC Media Player root folder instead of developers having to compile detail by detail

I believe this will be less work and will make it easier to add a .dll file or patch according to the release of the current version (or certainly also beta)

Being for Windows, Linux and MacOS, thus being able to add the codec library that is available in VLC updates, codecs that are exactly available

Whenever I have time, I visit the code.videolan.org website to check how updates are going, bug fixes and new tools added.

I believe that if the VideoLAN community acquires a license to add the necessary and current codecs for better audio and video playback and performance (according to each codec currently added to VLC)

This will make it a lot easier for developers, I'm not sure or have the slightest idea how add-ons and audio and video codecs are added to VLC, but according to a certain understanding I have, I believe that if you possibly move the dll or the codec file patch, will be better and easier, instead of adding detail by detail, thus not having much or no limit to add the ".dll" file codecs to the VLC root folder

I noticed that on the code.videolan.org website it takes a little time for developers to add newer versions of different codecs, such as; libflac (flac audio file), lame (mp3 audio file), opus, ogg, vorbis, vp9, av1, h264, x264, h265, x265 and many other codecs that exist in VLC

If you notice, on Github, official Xiph.Org repository: https://github.com/xiph

Codecs are recently released and updated with an incredible and rapid frequency, have you ever imagined adding the complete patch or .dll instead of having to compile detail by detail for it to be added to VLC?

Sorry if you wonder if this is too much, but it appears that not all codecs are updated monthly

The mpc-be player is updated daily in its official repository on Github, and they always prioritize that the codecs are updated frequently, it would be very interesting if you, great and dear developers, added the current version of the added codec, so that we know how is the release and update of the added and updated codecs

Any information will be welcome and greatly appreciated, and VideoLAN always keeps the codecs updated for better audio, video and streaming reproduction.
