Enhancements for High DPI Touchscreen Windows-based tablets

I have noticed that it is extremely difficult to control the application using a Microsoft Surface Pro tablet (12", 2736 x 1824, 267 PPI display or 13", 2880 x 1920, 267 PPI).

Trying to seek the time bar with the touchscreen is very difficult due to it's thin size and proximity to the output pane and the lower toolbar buttons. The toolbar buttons themselves can be tricky to tap on as well.

I finally found a different post here detailing the environment variables that can be adjusted for all QT based applications. QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR=0 and QT_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTORS=3 will produce a suitable scaling on Windows 11 where I can finally use the controls with repeatable accuracy.

I would ask to consider an enhancement to the standard interface to allow for either:

A: Manual scaling of all the UI elements globally (could be undesirable in certain menus or windows, but would likely be easiest to implement)

B: Manual scaling of the toolbars only, including the time bar. (Possibly per toolbar in the customize interface dialog?)
