Merge [chapters] into [playlist]

Currently VLC has a very nice and elegant [playlist panel]. Good!
But VLC also has a totally illogical, ugly and separate: video [chapters listing] for the video currently playing (under the playback -> chapters menu).

To access a chapter you have to click: [playback], hover your mouse over [chapter] and then another click on the chapter. This is inefficient.
Also the chapters listing cannot be made permanently visible like the playlist panel.

The obvious elegant and simple solution is to merge the [chapters] panel into the [playlist] panel.
I.e Each file in the playlist that has chapters has a little + icon to the left of it, which when clicked, expands and shows the indented chapters list.
