GPU - Transcoding - Stream

Hi,
I'm doing desktop streaming over multicast network.
I would like to use GPU for transcoding the Desktop screen.
I use Windows10 and 64 bit version 3.0.16 VLC player.
Although I enabled the Nvidia adapter and configured VLC (in Tools->Preferences),
I dont see that the transcoding is done through GPU. The Windows Task Manager
shows its through CPU.
But while playing movie file using the same VLC player I could see that its using the GPU.
I would like to use VLC Desktop streaming which uses GPU so that the latency
in the same LAN multicast listener is minimum.
Please help.
Thanks,
