Speed increase/decrease custom steps

Hi,
I would like to ask to add the option to choose the speed of the video when I push "+" or "-" to manage the speed according to user preferences.
Actually the program default is 1.00 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 1.0 or otherwise the smaller steps of 0.1 , i would like to change both speed up and down to always the 0.2 increase/decrease instead.
I prefer 0.2 cause is in the middle of both, so I don't have to click tens of time like in 0.1 (I am a lazy person) or using to big steps like 0.5 increase.
Is it viable?
