Feature Request : Support for a technology called "Smart Muxer"

Some video files I recently downloaded from a app named "VidMate" asks for a player called "PlayIt" to play. When I open that video files from VLC a video message appears saying "Player doesn't support this video format". But when I play it from "PlayIt (Android)" app it plays normally. So I visited their website. In their website they say

Video downloaded by vidmate uses Smart Muxer technology.Smart Muxer is a unique technology developed by PLAYit...

At least, is their a way to play them? If so, how can I play? I need a player because their Windows app doesn't play them. (OS:Windows 10 Version 1803 Build 17134.112 VLC_Version: 3.0.11 Vetinari)

Nope, downloaded files again with "Smart Muxer" disabled...
