What comes to VR 180°, 360° 3D Oculus Video Format on VLC Media Player

What option of effects or conversions do we have here?.i've been looking and can't find nothing.. any help?.

Because 360 is stored as flat as regular video, nothing changes

my point here is..once you have a video with that effect 180°..360° on virtual reality..how you can get it back to normal..some options are gone on v3.0.8 and sometimes is constantly crashing.. so the question remains what options we got here with vlc media player..thanks..Because 360 is stored as flat as regular video, nothing changes

You have distorted equirectangular or fish-eye video that needs to be watched in VR with VR player.
You have mono and stereo options. Most say Mono is not even VR.
Then you have 180 or 360 option.
You have many options for resolution and FPS. Default ones start from 4K 60FPS
