Show all hotkeys in hotkey list

Please show all hotkeys in the hotkey list (part of Preferences). Currently (with version 3.0.7) not all hotkeys are in the list.
With 3.0.7 for example Ctrl+L is not in the hotkey list, but is assigned and opens the playlist (at least if language of VLC is set to "American English", see https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=149772).
