Option to choose Frame Rate (fps) for playing

Hello,
I wish that I have a chance to choose Frame Rate ( FPS ) as 30.00 instead of 60.00 when I play 60.00 fps video clips.
That should be really amazing for me.
I use vlc player almost 10 years. Cmon team do this for your users.
