Parse .cue files

]I know I made a thread about this - https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=147968 - but I figured I would officially ask for this feature. Please add support for parsing .cue files, it would be nice to be able to properly play my .cue+FLAC files for once. Also please add this to the next point release, since I don't want to have to wait for VLC 4.0 for this.
