Better Blu-ray Menu Function

Postby Enthusiast01 » 07 Jan 2019 02:24

I am pretty happy with most of VLC at this point. But one huge failing of every video player I have encountered is usable blu-ray menu support. I want to play my blu-rays on my PC & enjoy all of the discs features. Right now, all I can do is hit enter to activate whatever menu item is highlighted by default when the disc menu comes up. I cannot navigate any of the menus. The simple ability to navigate the menu's with the arrow keys would make me happy. Arrow keys + enter would go a long way to making them useable. Mouse function could come later.

failing of every video player
Blame Sony. Bluray menus are not designed for MOUSE support.
