VLC should autimatically play FORCED subtitles

VLC should automatically use "forced" subtitles, and if there are no forced then have it not display anything.
It makes sense because a lot of videos have full english subtitles which are unwanted 99% of the time if it is english spoken show and if there are some little bits here and there in foreign language then the forced subtitles (by their very name) should be FORCED on.

I agree. My hearing is not the best. I usually don't need subtitles, but if I don't understand what was said, I will do a short backup, press v, watch the bit I failed to understand, then press v again to turn subtitles off. If there are both a Forced subtitle and a regular one, the Forced one is now turned off. In fact, I have not found any way to have both Forced and regular on at the same time. I would like to see Forced subtitles always on; perhaps a new internal switch to turn it off/on would satisfy those who don't want the Forced ones.

If needed cut it with DGsplit and read here about how to do it:

100 MB max should be enough.

This has been an issue with VLC for years and years.
